Hazel's German Potato Salad
5 LBS red Potatoes
1 Dozen eggs
1 LB bacon
1 cup diced onion
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1-3 TBLSpoon flour
Boil potatoes, let cool peel
cover eggs in pan of water, bring to a boil
cover, turn off heat, let sit covered for 10 mninutes
Take eggs out and rinse with cold water and peel
Cook bacon in pan, take bacon out, remove all but 2 TBL of bacon grease
brown diced onion in bacon grease
Add flour to thicken and cook until flour browns
Add vinegar and sugar and simmer
break bacon into small pieces and add to this mixture
Cut potatoes and eggs into small slices, start with a layer of potatoes
followed by a layer of egg slices. Season between each layer
Continue until you have used up the potatoes and eggs
Pour mixture over potatoes and mix

CHEESE CAKE
3 8oz packages cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Blend together cream cheese and sour cream.
In another bowl, blend eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Mix two bowls together
Pour into graham cracker crust, bake at 350 for 25 minutes
