2 cups flour 1 cup buttermilk Melt butter. When butter cools to close to room temperature whisk into cold buttermilk. Pour into dry mixture and mix by hand until fully combined. Bake at 475 for 12-14 minutes |
CREAM BISCUITS |
2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (to start) Mix ingredients together. Dough should not be too dry or crumbly. Knead it for 30-40 seconds. Roll out to 1/2 inch thick and cut into biscuits with biscuit cutter. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
